Trinity is linked with First Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Chicago, to share ideas and resources. Each Ascension Day, Trinity Lutheran Church visits this sister congregation for joint worship. Conversely, First Bethlehem Lutheran Church joins Trinity in worship on Thanksgiving Day.
First Bethlehem is a small, but vibrant and growing Lutheran church on the near northwest side of Chicago. It is affiliated with the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, located in the Wicker Park/Bucktown/West Town neighborhood of Chicago, approximately two miles northwest of the heart of the Loop or about five blocks from the North Avenue exit of the Kennedy Expressway (I90/94).
