Pastor

Rev. Patrick Boomhower began his call at Trinity on March 1, 2008.  Boomhower came to Trinity from his most recent posting at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Glen Ellyn. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Pastor at St. John Lutheran Church in Lombard.  He came to the Chicago area after serving Lutheran congregations in San Antonio, Texas and Houghton, Michigan, where he also was the Campus Chaplain at Michigan Technological University. His seminary education was completed in 1993 at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana and his undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado in Boulder.  He served as a judicial clerk before pursuing a vocation in the ministry.
