Trinity: A Legacy of Lasting Faith

Since 1860 the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been proclaimed from the corner of Roosevelt and Westmore-Meyers Roads in Lombard, Illinois. Originally founded as a Lutheran school by German farmers, Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, along with the Christian school it operates, has served as a witness in the community, a refuge for the lost and a place where men, women and children have come to the saving knowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord. The world has changed during the almost century and a half of Trinity's existence and the streets that pass by Trinity have become much busier, but there is no less of a need for the Savior. It is the prayer of Trinity that God will keep this congregation faithful to His Word and teaching until the day of His return. The saints of Trinity join together to glorify God, receive His holy gifts of Word and Sacrament and await His promised coming. Come Lord Jesus.
