Track & Field

Trinity athletes keep in shape with a track and field program that attracted nearly 20 participants for the Spring 2021 season. Daily training with exercises and runs around the school prepared students to compete in running and jumping, as well as 100-meter and 200-meter races. They have fun ways to keep fit, including dodge ball and an ABCs drill. Coach Bryan Meredith increases the number of laps and the difficulty of the courses to allow students to gradually build up strength and endurance.
